What’s the difference between polishing and waxing?Waxing is the act of applying wax on your car. It may give shine and protection to your car lasting around 2 to 3 months. The scratches, swirls and other paint defects will still remain on your car. Polishing is the act of correcting the defects on the paint of your car, giving it a permanent shine as long as no new defects are added after the service. To protect a freshly polished car, we recommend your car to be ceramic coated.

Should I ceramic coat my car?Ceramic coating will give your car at least 1 year’s worth of protection from the elements such as bird droppings, tree sap and tar. Due to its hydrophobic properties, your car will stay cleaner longer and is easier to wash and maintain. Last but not least, ceramic coating gives a long-lasting deep wet gloss finish, which waxing and polishing alone cannot achieve.

How long does the service take?The polishing service takes between 3.5 to 4.5 hours depending on the size of your car. If you add on ceramic coating to the service it will take an additional 1.5 to 2 hours more to complete.

Can polishing remove all scratches?No. Some scratches might be too deep to be removed by polishing. Our technicians will be able to advise you onsite if some scratches might be too deep to be removed. We may be able to advise you via WhatsApp as well if you can send us some pictures of the scratches.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
